Terms and Conditions for Pidvoz

Welcome to Pidvoz. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Pidvoz mobile application and related services operated by JoinToIT.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or using the Pidvoz app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these provisions, you are not permitted to use the service.

2. Description of Service

Pidvoz is a technology platform that connects Passengers with Drivers. Pidvoz itself does not provide transportation services and is not a transportation carrier. JoinToIT simply facilitates the connection between the parties.

3. User Accounts and Device Permissions

Registration requirements vary by user type:

  • Passengers: Must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to create an account.
  • Drivers:Must possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and pass background checks.
  • Profile Photos: Users grant JoinToIT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display this photo in the app for identification purposes.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. User Conduct and Safety

All users must comply with applicable laws:

  • Passengers: Must behave respectfully and not request illegal services.
  • Drivers: Must drive safely, obey traffic laws, and behave professionally.

JoinToIT reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts for safety violations or consistently poor ratings.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Passengers pay the fare calculated by the app.
  • Fares depend on distance, time, and demand.
  • JoinToIT retains a commission before paying Drivers the remaining balance.

6. Limitation of Liability

JoinToIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages. This covers loss of profits, data, or property. The platform does not guarantee the quality of third-party services.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local laws, except for cases that may be heard in small claims court.
